Tian de légumes d’été de la maison Mirabelle

Merci à la maison Mirabelle pour cette recette !
- Temps de préparation : 25 minutes
- Temps de cuisson : 105 minutes
Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes) :
- 2 oignons
- ½ gousse d’ail
- 3 courgettes
- 4 aubergine
- 3 tomates
- thym
- 15 cl de bouillon de légumes
- huile d’olive
- sel & poivre
Ces différents ingrédients existent en version bio.
Étapes de réalisation :
- Préchauffer le four à 150°
- Laver les légumes. Couper les légumes en tranche de 0,5 cm d’épaisseur
- Dans une poêle antiadhésive, faire chauffer 2 cuil. à soupe d’huile et faire revenir les aubergines 1 minute sur chaque face
- Eplucher les oignons et couper les finement. Dans une poêle antiadhésive, faire chauffer 1 filet d’huile et faire blondir les oignons à feu doux pendant 20 min
- Frotter le fond et les parois d’un plat à gratin avec la demi-gousse d’ail, puis déposer-y les oignons
- Alterner ensuite de façon successive des rangées d’ aubergines, de tomates et de courgettes. Parsemer de thym. Saler et poivrer. Mettre à cuire environ 1H15.
Les petits plus:
- Vous pouvez également rajouter du fromage de chèvre frais sur le dessus du tian avant de l’enfourner au four, c’est un délice….
- Pendant les 40 premières minutes de cuisson, couvrez le tian, la cuisson sera plus homogène
- Recette pouvant accompagner une viande grillée, un poisson grillé, ou simplement accompagnée d’une salade verte et d’un bol de riz
- Les ingrédients utilisés dans cette recette sont de saison et issus de l’agriculture Bio, ce qui donne à cette recette une saveur incomparable
